Preparation & Site Requirements

  • Site: The factory gate must be at least 4 meters high and 4 meters wide. The floor must be clean and flat, allowing for a 0.5 m safe operating distance around the machine.
  • Electricity: 380V AC voltage requires a proper distribution box, a ground wire, and a voltage regulator to guarantee a stable working voltage.
  • Personnel: Operators should have at least a junior high school education, basic computer and machinery knowledge, and the ability to use professional drawing software (training is provided by the company).
  • Additional Equipment: Customers must equip a dust vacuum cleaner to prevent damage to machine parts, appropriate processing tools based on their products, and necessary safety gear (gloves, overalls, work shoes, fire extinguishers).
  • Material Workflow: Proper stacking points and handling plans must be set up according to the processing material requirements.
