Operating Stations (Standard Direction)
The F500 is equipped with a comprehensive 5-step processing system to ensure a perfect edge in a single pass:
- Gluing: Applies uniform adhesive for a strong, seamless bond.
- End Trimming: Precisely cuts excess edge tape at the leading and trailing edges of the panel.
- Fine Trimming: Mills the top and bottom overhang to sit perfectly flush with the panel surface.
- Scraping: Removes milling marks and smooths the PVC/ABS edge tape.
