  1. Pre-Milling (12,000 RPM): Squares and smooths the panel edge prior to gluing, removing saw marks and tear-out to ensure a virtually invisible glue line.
  2. Gluing: Applies uniform adhesive for a strong, seamless bond between the panel and the edge tape.
  3. End Trimming: Precisely cuts excess edge tape at the leading and trailing edges of the panel.
  4. Fine Trimming: Mills the top and bottom tape overhang to sit perfectly flush with the panel surface.
  5. Scraping: Removes any remaining milling marks and smooths the profile of the PVC/ABS edge tape.
  6. Buffing: Cleans and polishes the finished edge, restoring color and shine to the material.
