Operating Stations (Standard Direction)
The F800 boasts an extensive 8-step processing system to guarantee an immaculate edge profile in a single pass:
- Pre-Milling: Squares and smooths the panel edge prior to gluing, removing saw marks and tear-out to ensure a virtually invisible glue line.
- Gluing: Applies uniform adhesive for a strong, seamless bond between the panel and the edge tape.
- End Trimming: Precisely cuts excess edge tape at the leading and trailing edges of the panel.
- Fine Trimming: Mills the top and bottom tape overhang to sit perfectly flush with the panel surface.
- Corner Trimming (Rounding): Automatically rounds the leading and trailing corners of the applied edge tape, providing a smooth, high-end finish without manual routing.
- Scraping (Profile Scraping): Removes any fine milling marks to perfectly smooth the radius of the PVC/ABS edge tape.
- Flat Scraping (Glue Scraping): Removes any residual glue squeeze-out from the top and bottom surfaces of the panel for a perfectly clean joint.
- Buffing: Cleans and polishes the finished edge, restoring color and shine to the material.
